Beautiful camp on Soft Maple Reservoir. Main cabin has kitchen, living room, 2 sleeping loft and 3 seasons enclosed porch. Separate guest bunk house with 2 beds. Cabin has solar and generator power, propane for hot water and heat, drilled well for water. Land by road is flat with slope down towards shoreline, nice gradual stairs to get to water. Use of 215ft of waterfront, Brookfield owns shoreline and allows docks with permit. The current dock in place is a floating dock system, no need to remove each year. In Adirondack Park, part of HOA. This is a must see camp!
