Amazing year round cottage with everything. Beautiful open kitchen, dining a living room with a LP Gas fireplace. Primary bedroom and bath on the first floor with 2 other bedrooms and a bath on the 2nd floor including a sitting area. There is a large deck with a screened in gazebo on the River side. Laundry is in the storage shed. Fenced back yard for small dogs. Covered dock and driveway (shared with a brother who goes to his island). Central air! Absolutely beautiful Main Channel Views and watch the ships go by. September and October are the best for the Thousand Islands. Tree Peeping the fall folage is amazing and fun.
