The ownership of 5363 Main has closed on the purchase 5365 Main, the former Monro Muffler
property, adjoining immediately to the east. It is going through further investigation and planning
toward an integration of 5363 and 5365 Main. In the meantime, the ownership will entertain
lease proposals for the currently available areas:
* the approximately 2,400 sf adjoining to the west of the AltYou training center.
* the approximately 1,263 sf outparcel closest to Main Street. This is currently under lease
through 11-1-23 but there are no renewal options in the lease and the real estate
ownership does not anticipate the continuation of this tenancy.
* the approximately 3,000 sf vacant former Monroe Muffler building.
The terms in any lease would include the right of the landlord to relocate a tenant to new
premises of approximately the same size and quality in the event of a general renovation and
reconstruction of the combined 5363 and 5365 Main.
