The property will include 69 +/- acres with road frontage on Bayview Road and Walker Rd. Timber was harvested in 2025 and is completed. There are trails throughout the property, the tops from the timber harvest are left in the woods.

The sale will be subject to the approval of the Chautauqua County Surrogate Courts within 30 days of the auction. If court approval is not received all deposits will be returned to the buyer. Also note that this property cannot close before January 15, 2026.
