This is a year-round home on a seasonal road so driving all the way to the home in the winter may be difficult after a snowfall but there is parking on the closest public road (Willowdale Rd) and you either walk or ride your ATV/Snowmobile. A 4WD vehicle is recommended.
The home has many stairs from parking to the house, inside the house, and from the house to the lake so is not recommended for those with disabilities. Wi-fi is included. Tenant pays for gas and electric.
