Pets will require an additional security deposit per pet, an additional $50 per pet, per month in rent, and proof of renters insurance covering pet damage. You will need to complete an application and submit it for review. Message the listing agent to get a copy of the application. After it is completed and reviewed, you can see the apartment, and if you like it, we will then complete a background check and a credit check. The cost for those two checks is approximately $40.
