Remarks: Here is your chance to own a piece of Olean’s history. This church was built in 1837 and originally was located on South Barry St. In 1882 it was relocated to its current location on the corner or N Barry St and East State St. This property is conveniently located by the Farmers Market, City Hall and all of the wonderful amenities located downtown. Lovely stained glass windows allow tons of natural light to flood the building. In addition to the large open room there is also a meeting room and a small office, both have stunning wooden and glass pained doors separating them from the main room. The Current owner is replacing the roof prior to closing with some work it is easy to imagine this one of a kind church restored to its former glory!
