Eagle Heights in Orchard Park NY

One of my favorite neighborhoods is Eagle Heights located in Orchard Park New York. Located off Jewett Holmwood Road this neighborhood has been building out since the 1970’s. With builders like Marrano, Forbes Capretto, Thomas Johnson, and others the neighborhood has a unique collection of hosing styles versus a typical single builder housing tract. The best thing about the area is its beautiful tree lined roads. With only a few lots left the opportunity to build here is limited. With over 600 homes prices range from $340,000 to a million. Great for walking and running the area also features a recently updated playground called Pawtucket Playground which includeds:
