Rusticana is a historic log cabin on Rushford Lake nestled among pine trees spanning 3 lots for a total of 1.3 acres and 150’ of water frontage! It is a handcrafted log cabin by Sandy Hubbard of the East Aurora, Roycroft, Hubbard family of artisans, and one of the only ones able to be used year-round thanks to a full basement with a forced air furnace. There is also a massive, hand-built stone fireplace. Recent updates include a new roof w/ aluminum gutter system, private approved septic tank/system, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a new deck overlooking the lake with a boat dock at the water’s edge. In the peaceful, secluded, natural setting, you can swim, boat, or fish in the lake during the summer, enjoy cozy nights by the fireplace in the winter, and sit among the beautiful scenery in the fall. Other log cabins on smaller properties in Rushford have sold for comparable prices in the past few years. No other property on the lake compares. Rusticana is a truly unique must-see!
