East River Woods is a subdivision built in 1987 on Grand Island NY. Running along Spicer Creek the subdivision features 125 homes with access off East River Road and Whitehaven Road. The neighborhood backs up to 12 acres of permanent green space created by the Town of Grand Island, this is the same space that Park Place backs up to. The community is unique in the diversity of different home styles.
